We've been on our boat - the Kapitain Bota - for four days now. The photo shows us moored at the island of Hvar, ours is in the middle of the stack of boats. As the moorings are limited, when several boats arrive we neatly tie up in a line. Getting ashore is quite complicated as we have to climb over all the other boats to get to the quayside.
We've visited several islands, one or two a day. We spent part of our time under sail which added to the experience. At Scedro we had the opportunity to swim in the sea and a number of our fellow passengers - mostly the Antipodeans - dived expertly into the water - we chickened out I'm afraid. But we did hire a tandem when we landed at Mljet, to tour the lakes in the National Park. We're now in Korcula, birthplace of Marco Polo, where the weather is more mixed but the town is beautiful.
